Delete your Drop Dash account

You can delete your account yourself, any time, from the app. Nothing needs approval.

In the app

1. Open Drop Dash and sign in.
2. Open the menu (top left).
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

What is erased

• Your name, phone number, email, photo, saved addresses, vehicle details and passcode.
• Your sign-ins on every device, Face ID / passkeys, and notification registrations.
• Identity-check data held on your profile.

What is kept

Delivery records and the money ledger are kept without your personal details, because other people's receipts and our financial and legal record-keeping depend on them. Any wallet balance is given up when you delete, so withdraw it first.

Before you delete

• Finish or cancel any delivery or waiting request.
• Close your Store Front if you have one.
• Withdraw your wallet balance.

Cannot get into the app?

Email support@dropdash.ng from the email on your account, or tell us the phone number on it, and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
