Terms of Use
By using Drop Dash you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Drop Dash is
Drop Dash is a platform that connects senders, vendors, fleet owners and independent riders. Riders are independent, not employees of Drop Dash.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your login codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Senders and vendors
- Only send items that are legal and safe to carry. Do not send cash, weapons, drugs or other prohibited goods.
- Give accurate pickup and drop-off details, and be reachable during the delivery.
- Share the delivery PIN only with the person receiving the item.
- You agree to pay the price you set and confirm.
Riders
- You must pass identity checks and keep your details up to date.
- Carry items safely and as described. Do not open or use what you carry.
- Follow Nigerian road and traffic laws and keep any licence and insurance you need.
Prices and payments
Senders set the price and riders may accept or counter it. Where payments are offered in the app, they are processed by our payment partners. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
Disputes
If a delivery goes wrong, report it in the app or to support@dropdash.ng. We review the delivery record, such as location, photos and PIN entries, and decide fairly. Our decision on how a payment is handled is final inside the app, but it does not take away your legal rights.
Misuse
We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, unsafe behaviour or breaking these terms.
Liability
We work to keep Drop Dash available and safe but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Drop Dash is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
